Apply to Become an Ad Hoc Consultant

AAALAC maintains a pool of 300+ ad hoc Consultants and Specialists who assist members of the Council on Accreditation in evaluating animal care and use programs. To become an ad hoc Consultant/Specialist, you must submit an application for review by the Council. Applications and letter(s) of recommendation from one of your references are due February 1 of each calendar year. Typically, more applications are received than there are available ad hoc Consultant/Specialist positions. Therefore, the selection process is competitive. Questions regarding the role of ad hocs or the selection process may be directed to Dr. Borkowski at gborkowski@aaalac.org.

NOTE: All submissions are final. After you "Submit" your application (using the blue button at the bottom of the page) you will no longer have access to it.

You can save this form and return to complete it later using the "Save Form Data" button at the bottom of the page. If you'd like to be able to save your work, you must first create an account (new users) or login if you already have a FormSaver account.
